Cajun Hot Dog Sauce

  1. Place hamburger in large pan of cold, salted water.
  2. Bring to a boil, breaking up meat with spoon until fine consistency.
  3. Drain meat.
  4. Mix all ingredients with meat.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
  6. (Add a little water if too thick).
  7. If a stronger flavor is desired, add more chili powder.
  8. Serve over hot dog and bun. (Great to eat while watching the Saints!!!)
