Country Chicken & Biscuits

  1. In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, combine chicken, bacon, vegetables and 1 cup cheese. Blend soup and the milk and pour over casserole. Bake covered at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, milk and 1/2 can of onions. Mix thoroughly and drop by spoonfuls to form biscuits around the edge of the casserole. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 2-3 minutes until onions are toasted. Makes 6-8 servings.
