Arkansas Possum Pie

  1. Beat cream cheese with sugar.
  2. Pour into crust.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  4. Whisk the milk, 1 tsp vanilla and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  6. Spoon pudding mix over pecans.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/4 C of the cookies.
  8. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  9. Whip cream with 1 tsp vanilla.
  10. Spread over pie.
  11. Top with pecan halves and remaining cookie crumbs.
