Chili Pepper Pork Chops
- Mushrooms, fresh and sliced
- Medium Onion - Chopped not diced
- Red Chili Peppers, sliced (need enough to cover meat and to put in sauce)
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Parsley
- Garlic Powder
- 8 Center Cut Pork Chops
- Alfredo Sauce (Note: You can double this if you want more sauce)
- 1 pt. heavy cream (whipping cream will work if you cannot find heavy cream)
- 1 stick butter (butter works better than margarine)
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. of the chili peppers, sliced and seeded
- Get an oblong baking dish and marinate your pork chops for 3 hours, by covering with Worcestershire sauce.
- Enough just to season, do not drench the pork chops in it.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper and garlic powder when ready to bake.
- Cover with sliced mushrooms, chili peppers and chopped onions.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake until done in a 375 degree oven.
- While pork chops are baking, make alfredo sauce.
- Keep sauce simmering on low until pork chops are done.
- This will cook the flavor of the chili peppers into the sauce.
- When serving the pork chops, cover with the sauce.
