Sourdough Bread Or Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Take 1 cup of starter from a friend.
  2. Add 1/2 cup sugar, potato flakes and 1 cup hot water.
  3. Leave out 8 to 12 hours.
  4. Take 1 cup of starter that has been out (put other back in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days).
  5. Add 1/2 cup of sugar, vegetable oil, salt and 1 1/2 cups hot water.
  6. Mix and gradually add bread flour.
  7. Make dough; let rise 8 to 12 hours.
  8. Make into loaves or rolls.
  9. (Press flat and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and chips of butter.
  10. Roll up and cut.)
  11. Let rise 8 to 12 hours.
  12. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
