Seafood Rotelle

  1. In 4 tablespoons margarine, cook onion until limp.
  2. Blend in flour and stir until bubbling.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in broth, clam juice, wine, yogurt, oregano, red pepper, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Stir until thick and the cheese has melted.
  5. Add shrimp and crab.
  6. Pour over rotelle.
