3 Layer Lasagna
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 2 (16 oz.) tubs Ricotta cheese
- 2 medium jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 can Italian bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Mix ground beef with bread crumbs.
- Roll into meatballs and brown in skillet.
- Brown sausage, too.
- Slice meatballs and sausage.
- Boil noodles about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with sauce.
- Layer noodles on top of sauce.
- Spread Ricotta cheese over noodles.
- Spread meatballs and sausage over cheese.
- Pour more sauce over meats.
- Put sliced Mozzarella cheese over sauce.
- Repeat process until pan is full. Top with noodles, Mozzarella cheese, then sauce.
- Bake 45 minutes. Let cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
