Spooned-Up Meatloaf
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 8 teaspoons dehydrated onion
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Brown meat in a large skillet.
- Drain off the excess fat.
- Stir in next 8 ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the sour cream and eggs.
- Spread the mixture evenly in an oven proof skillet or baking dish and then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Set under broiler until cheese turns a lovely color.
- Serve with catsup, if desired.
