Raised Polish Doughnuts Paczki

  1. dissolve yeast in warm water
  2. scald milk
  3. add sugar and butter
  4. cool to lukewarm add yeast mixture and 2 cups flour.
  5. let rise until light
  6. beat egg yols and egg together
  7. add eggs and vanilla to 1st mixture.
  8. add rest of flour and salt
  9. knead lightly and let rise
  10. roll dough 1/2 inch thick
  11. cut out doughnuts
  12. let rise untl light
  13. fry in deep fat
  14. glaze doughtnuts while still warm.
  15. glaze
  16. combine all ingredients add enough water to make mixture a medium cosistancy.
