Hot Artichoke Crab Spread
- 6 to 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 can whole artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can lump claw crabmeat
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
- dash of hot sauce to taste
- Carr's water crackers
- Saute green onions, garlic and butter over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until fairly creamy over low heat.
- Serve in a chafing dish or something to keep warm during serving.
- I serve with Carr's cracked pepper water crackers.
