Seven Layer Salad

  1. Layer lettuce in bottom of full size 4-inch serving pan.
  2. Layer onions, celery, pepper and radishes on lettuce.
  3. Layer thawed peas over vegetables.
  4. Layer chopped eggs over peas.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and sugar, spread over entire pan; seal edges.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over mayonnaise.
  7. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
  8. Garnish with radishes before serving.
  9. Yields 100 servings.
