Dark-Chocolate Walnut Drops

  1. About 2 hours before serving or up to 2 weeks ahead, mix ingredients together.
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  3. Grease cookie sheet. Into large bowl, measure all ingredients except walnuts.
  4. With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until blended.
  5. Increase speed to high; beat 1 minute, occasionally scraping bowl with spatula.
  6. With rubber spatula, stir in walnuts.
  7. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 15 minutes.
  9. With pancake turner, remove cookies to wire racks; cool. Store cookies in tightly covered container to use up within 2 weeks.
  10. Makes 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
