Pineanna Nut Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour 3 round cake pans, 9 x 1 1/2-inches. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
  3. Add oil and eggs.
  4. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat.
  5. Stir in bananas, 1 cup pecans, the vanilla and pineapple.
  6. Divide batter evenly among pans.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
  9. Cool completely on wire racks.
  10. Fill layer and frost side and top of cake with cream cheese frosting.
  11. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of pecans on top of cake.
  12. Cut cake using sharp knife.
  13. Refrigerate any remaining cake.
