Ham And Cauliflower Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In medium saucepot, cook cauliflower. Drain well.
  3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter.
  4. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; add milk and onion.
  5. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  6. Stir in cheese until melted. Gently fold in ham, mushrooms and cauliflower.
  7. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  8. Crackers and 1 tablespoon melted butter can be sprinkled on top.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 until heated through, about 15 minutes.
  10. Serves 6.
