Seafood Fettucini

  1. Melt and saute butter, onions, celery and peppers.
  2. Add flour and stir for 15 minutes, until thick.
  3. Add parsley and seafood and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Add in and blend half and half, Velveeta, garlic and salt and pepper well.
  5. Cook the fettucini.
  6. Toss mixture with fettucini.
  7. Pour into 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. Serves 12.
