Virginia'S Easy Lasagna

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and water.
  3. Simmer about 10 minutes.
  4. Cook lasagna.
  5. In a bowl, stir together Ricotta, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  7. Arrange 3 pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce.
  8. Cover with 1 cup sauce.
  9. Spread 1/2 cheese filling over sauce.
  10. Repeat layers of lasagna sauce and cheese filling.
  11. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce.
  12. Heat in 350u0b0 until heated, about 20 minutes.
