Virginia'S Easy Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. (30 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. (2 c.) Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Skinner lasagna
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce and water.
- Simmer about 10 minutes.
- Cook lasagna.
- In a bowl, stir together Ricotta, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Arrange 3 pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce.
- Cover with 1 cup sauce.
- Spread 1/2 cheese filling over sauce.
- Repeat layers of lasagna sauce and cheese filling.
- Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce.
- Heat in 350u0b0 until heated, about 20 minutes.
