Caesar Salad

  1. In a small bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard and pepper and set aside.
  2. Put the lettuce pieces in a large serving bowl.
  3. Pour mixture over them and toss well until leaves are thoroughly covered with the dressing.
  4. Squeeze lemon over the salad and toss again.
  5. Pour the cream over the salad and toss it again.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and toss it again.
  7. The recipe makes 4 servings and takes 30 minutes to prepare.
