Continental Chicken Casserole

  1. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour until smooth.
  2. Over low heat, slowly blend in broth, then cream.
  3. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  4. Combine all seasonings, then blend into sauce.
  5. Stir in wine; fold in eggs and chicken. Turn into buttered 3-quart casserole, top with crumbs and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
