Baked Ham, Egg And Cheese Casserole

  1. In a large bowl, mix ham, bread and 1 cup of cheese.
  2. (Mixture may be covered and refrigerated until the next day.)
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs with milk and nutmeg.
  4. Pour over bread mixture and toss to mix.
  5. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  7. Use butter to grease an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
  8. Turn bread mixture into prepared dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and the paprika.
  9. Bake 55 to 60 minutes until cheese is melted and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
