Chocolate Ice Cream Brownies
- 1 (23.6 oz.) pkg. fudge brownies mix
- 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Prepare
- brownie mix according to package directions in a 13 x 9t
- 2-inch
- pan.
- Let cool in pan.
- Spread ice cream over brownies.
- Freeze until hardened.
- Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients
- in
- ataucepan.
- Bring
- to a boil, then reduce heat totedium.
- Cook
- an
- additional 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir
- in vanilla and pecans.
- Cool.
- Spread frosting over ice cream.
- Freeze.
- Remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
