Beef Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery in a skillet; drain off excess fat.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients, except the shredded cheese and cooked macaroni shells.
  3. Let it simmer until mixture thickens, then put into a 3-quart casserole dish over the macaroni.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
