Cinnamon Nut Cake
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
- 3/4 C. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 Tbsp. reserved cake mix
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix cake mix, 3/4 oil, 4 eggs, sugar, sour cream, and flavoring.
- In separate bowl mix 2 Tbsp. cake mix, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- After mixing well, add pecans. In greased cake pan begin layering batter and cinnamon and mix beginning with cinnamon mix and ending with it also.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350 or until cake is done.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make creamy topping.
- Drizzle over cake while it is still warm.
