Sesame Chicken

  1. Combine bouillon broth, cornstarch and soy sauce; blend well. Stir in scallions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chicken and garlic, 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Add broccoli and broth mixture to the wok.
  5. Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Add the chicken and pimentos and heat just until mixture is good and hot.
  6. Top with sesame seed.
  7. Serve over pasta or rice.
  8. (May substitute pork for chicken.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
