Chicken Packets

  1. Mix chicken, cream cheese, chives, milk and salt in a medium mixing bowl to make filling.
  2. Each tube will contain 4 rectangles of dough with a diagonal perforation.
  3. Press dough along each perforation so the rectangle halves will not separate.
  4. Place about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture into center of each rectangle. Fold dough over the filling; pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Dip each packet in melted margarine; coat with crouton crumbs.
  6. Place packets on baking sheet.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Makes 8 packets.
  9. Good hot or cold.
