Pepper Steak

  1. Dip steak strips in flour.
  2. In large skillet, saute steak in 1/2 the butter for about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove meat.
  4. Add remaining butter to skillet and saute peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms 5 minutes; add tomatoes and bouillon.
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Mix cornstarch, wine and soy sauce.
  7. Add to skillet.
  8. Cook, stirring until thickened.
  9. Add meat.
  10. Simmer 5 minutes.
  11. Serve with rice.
