Triple Layer Chocolate Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.
  3. Press firmly on 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Stir evenly over prepared crust.
  7. Top
  8. with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool.
  11. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
  12. Yield: 24 to 36 bars.
