Gluten- Free And Vegan Banana Blueberry Bread

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. mix egg, water, and oil in a small bowl. set aside.
  3. mix flour,stevia powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and optional xanthan gum in a medium sized bowl.
  4. slowly mix wet ingredients into dry.
  5. add mashed bananas, blueberries, and applesauce.
  6. do not over mix.
  7. pour into a non stick 9x9 pan.
  8. bake for about 25-30 minutes or until center comes out clean.
  9. enjoy!
