Curried Fruit(Serves 8 To 12)

  1. Melt butter; add brown sugar, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Butter baking dish and dust with flour.
  2. Arrange fruit in dish and spread with butter/sugar mixture over all.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325u0b0.
