Prawn Puri

  1. For Masala: Fry Onion, ginger, garlic and chilli until soft.
  2. Add salt and dhania and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add vinegar and prawns.
  4. Fry to reduce fluid to a thich consistency.
  5. Add cream and heat but don't allow to boil.
  6. For Puris: Mix all ingredients to make a hard dough.
  7. Knead well.
  8. Split into small balls and roll out to 6" diameter circles.
  9. Deep fry turning once.
  10. Serve masala poured over puris.
  11. An excellent starter.
