Ragin Cajun Shrimp

  1. Combine shrimp with all of the above ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir to coat shrimp.
  3. Refrigerate covered for two hours, stir occasionally.
  4. Soak bamboo skewers in ice water for 2 hours to prevent their burning.
  5. Preheat grill.
  6. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
  7. Thread shrimp on skewers.
  8. Grill just until shrimp turn pink, basting with marinade.
  9. Serve immediately.
