Broccoli, Rice And Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil broccoli with 1/4 cup onion until tender.
  2. Drain and place in casserole dish.
  3. Saute remaining onion, green pepper and celery in 1/2 stick oleo until tender.
  4. Mix the soup, milk and cheese.
  5. Add rice and chicken.
  6. Pour the soup mix over all.
  7. Top with bread crumbs which have been mixed with 1/2 stick oleo.
  8. Bake for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
