New Potatoes With Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. Peel a 1 inch band around the middle of the potatoe (optional).
  2. Boil potatoes, until tender, about 20-25
  3. minute.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil-but do not allow the butter to brown.
  5. Drain potatoes and transfer to a shallow serving dish.
  6. Pour the hot butter sauce over all.
  7. Serve immediately.
