Apple Crunch Pie

  1. Place rack in lowest position in oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 425u0b0. Spoon apple filling into pastry shell.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup margarine.
  4. Beat in sweetened milk, eggs, flavoring, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Pour over apples.
  6. Combine sugar and flour; cut in remaining 1/4 cup margarine until crumbly.
  7. Stir in granola.
  8. Sprinkle over pie.
  9. Reduce heat to 350u0b0.
  10. Bake 30 minutes or until set in center.
  11. Cool.
