Chinese Style Vegetables

  1. In a cup, combine water, vegetable stock, soy sauce and all purpose flour. Set Aside.
  2. In a wok, heat the oil and fry the garlic together with the celery.
  3. Add the young corn and snow peas.
  4. Add the prepared mixture and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the Cauliflower.
  6. Add the Mung beans sprouts
  7. Add the sliced Straw Mushrooms and tofu, simmer for 1 minute.
