  1. Fish fry : cut fish into desired pieces.
  2. Place all ingredients in the blender to make a paste.
  3. marinate the fish 15 min - overnight.
  4. place the marinated fish in the air fryer for 8min each side with 350 F.
  5. serve with red onions cut.
  6. Veg.Stew(Sambar): mix all the ingredients until water to cover in pressure cooker.
  7. cook on stove top until the whistle blows.

  9. Add tamarind pulp.

  11. when it pops add red chilies and curry leaves.
