Smoked Ham With Hot Black Bean Sauce

  1. Place ham hocks in
  2. a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat
  4. and
  5. simmer 1 hour or until tender.
  6. Heat another pan with
  7. vegetable
  8. oil,
  9. when
  10. oil
  11. is hot, add black beans, chopped garlic, mash and crush them well together.
  12. Stir in ham hocks,
  13. sliced
  14. green
  15. pepper, soy sauce, red hot pepper and chicken broth.
  16. Stir
  17. until
  18. blended.
  19. Add green onions and salt. Serve hot.
  20. Finger lickin good.
