Hot Seafood Salad Casserole

  1. Cook chopped celery, finely chopped onion and finely chopped green pepper in butter (1 tablespoon) for 15 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
  3. Add the flour, milk, mayonnaise, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook slowly until creamy, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the cooked vegetables, shrimp, crab, tuna and mushrooms.
  5. Line a buttered dish, 7 x 11-inch, with 1 cup cooked rice.
  6. Pour in the mixture.
  7. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 300u0b0.
