- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup store-bought dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Divide into 4 portions and shape into burgers, each about 1/2 inches (1 cm) thick. If making ahead, place on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrig-erate up to a day.
- Place burgers on barbecue. Grill with lid closed until meat is firm to the touch and completely cooked through, 6 to 8 min per side.
