Chicken A La King(Low-Fat)

  1. Melt margarine in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and onion; cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
  2. Add mushrooms; cook 1 minute.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually add milk and next 4 ingredients.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  6. Cut each slice of toasted bread into 4 triangles.
  7. Serve chicken mixture with 4 toast triangles; sprinkle with paprika.
