Dave'S Spaghetti Sauce

• 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
• 1 lb. ground chuck
• 1 c. chopped onion
• 1 c. chopped green pepper
• 1 c. fresh chopped mushrooms
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 Tbsp. parsley
• 2 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. basil
• 1 can favorite sauce
• 1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
• 1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
• 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
• 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 shakes sugar
• salt and pepper to taste

1. Saute sausage and chuck.
2. Drain grease.
3. Add onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic until onion is clear, then add next 3 herbs. In large saucepot, put sausage mixture and add remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
5. Serve over vermicelli with garlic bread and salad.
