Basic Italian Sauce(Multi-Purpose)

  1. Brown
  2. meat
  3. in
  4. olive oil, stirring as it browns.
  5. Add onions when
  6. almost
  7. done
  8. and
  9. stir and brown a little.
  10. Put spices
  11. in small pan of water and keep simmering as you cook. Combine
  12. meat and onions with rest of ingredients and cook on low
  13. heat
  14. for at least an hour, adding the spice water (use a tea
  15. strainer)
  16. as it is needed.
  17. This sauce may be frozen in pint containers and used as needed.
  18. May be used over spaghetti
  19. with
  20. sprinkle
  21. of Parmesan
  22. cheese.
