Country Time Chicken And Noodles

  1. Cook noodles in 2 quarts water.
  2. Shake chicken in flour and seasonings.
  3. Reserve remaining flour.
  4. Fry 5 to 7 minutes, or until
  5. chicken
  6. and
  7. oniontre
  8. browned.
  9. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 45 minutes.
  10. Drain noodles and toss with butter
  11. and parsley.
  12. Keep
  13. warm.
  14. To serve, place noodles on plattertnd put chicken on top.
  15. Cover with foil.
  16. Remove all but
  17. 2 tablespoons
  18. drippings from skillet.
  19. Stir in reserved flour. Cook about 1 minute, or until golden brown.
  20. Gradually stir
  21. in milk;
  22. bring
  23. to
  24. a
  25. boil.took 2 minutes, stirring constantly until
  26. mixture
  27. thickens.
  28. Spoon
  29. some
  30. gravy over noodles and chicken.
