Shrimp Gumbo

  1. Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan.
  2. Saute next 4 ingredients until soft.
  3. Slice whole okra; chop whole tomatoes. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
  4. Add okra, tomatoes, liquid chicken bouillon and seasoning to sauteed vegetables.
  5. Bring to a boil, cook and simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Add shrimp and crab and cook 10 minutes.
  7. Ladle into bowls; serve with rice.
  8. Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
