Gluten-Free Choco-Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Beat in egg.
  3. Mix in flour, soda, salt, and spices.
  4. Add bananas and oatmeal; mix well.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, or melt and set aside.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes in a preheated 400* oven until edges begin to brown.
  8. If chocolates are melted, spread a dollop on top of each cookie.
  9. Enjoy!
