Beef Wellingtons

  1. Combine biscuit mix and 2/3 cup milk in bowl, mixing well. Knead lightly on floured surface.
  2. Roll into 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 equal rectangles.
  3. Combine next 8 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard in bowl, mixing well.
  4. Shape into eight 4-inch long rolls.
  5. Place 1 roll on each dough rectangle, rolling to enclose filling.
  6. Seal seams, leaving ends open.
  7. Place side seam down in shallow baking dish.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes.
  9. Mix soup, 1/2 cup milk and remaining 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard in saucepan.
  10. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  11. Pour over ground beef rolls.
  12. Serves 8.
