Beef Wellingtons
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- Combine biscuit mix and 2/3 cup milk in bowl, mixing well. Knead lightly on floured surface.
- Roll into 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Cut into 8 equal rectangles.
- Combine next 8 ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard in bowl, mixing well.
- Shape into eight 4-inch long rolls.
- Place 1 roll on each dough rectangle, rolling to enclose filling.
- Seal seams, leaving ends open.
- Place side seam down in shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes.
- Mix soup, 1/2 cup milk and remaining 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard in saucepan.
- Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Pour over ground beef rolls.
- Serves 8.
