Enchilada Lasagna
- 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas (in refrigerator section)
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning (follow directions on pkg.)
- 1 lb. hamburger (brown with taco seasoning)
- 1 (about 16 oz.) pkg. shredded Jack cheese or Mexican cheese, mixed
- 1 large onion raw, chopped
- In 9-inch round casserole dish, pour a little enchilada sauce. Place 3 tortillas and add a little sauce.
- Add 1/2 hamburg mixture and 1/2 onion.
- Add some shredded cheese.
- Repeat, layering tortillas, sauce, hamburg, onion and cheese, then finish with tortillas and sauce, then rest of cheese.
- Bake covered at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes, then uncovered about 15 minutes.
- Let stand before serving.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, back olives, chopped tomatoes, lettuce or whatever you like.
- Serves 4.
