Coq Au Vin Blanc (Chicken With White Wine)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Combine flour, garlic, salt, paprika, and pepper on a plate.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in cast iron skillet.
  5. Add chicken and cook 2 minutes on each side over medium heat until browned.
  6. Add broth and wine. Bring to boil then cover & bake 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan & serve.
