Chocolate Fudge Cake
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bottle Smucker's hot fudge ice cream topping
- chocolate Cool Whip
- Bring oleo, water and cocoa to boil.
- Remove from heat and place in bowl.
- Add in sugar, flour and salt, then beat in eggs, sour cream and soda.
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Remove cake from oven and poke holes into it with a wooden spoon.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake.
- Heat squeeze bottle of ice cream topping and pour over cake into holes.
- Chill.
- Top with Cool Whip and garnish with sprinkles or shaved Hershey bar.
