Stir-Fried Shrimp With Broccoli
- 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. wine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat.
- Add green onions, ginger and garlic.
- Stir-fry about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry about 5 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
- Pour over shrimp-broccoli mixture.
- Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens, about 2 minutes more.
