Peanut Butter Party Cones
- 1 (about 18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake
- 1 1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
- 1/2 c. milk
- 24 waffle type ice cream cones with flat bottoms
- 2 (16 oz.) containers (any flavor) ready-to-spread frosting
- chocolate or colored candy sprinkles
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Prepare cake batter according to package directions; set aside.
- In saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter chips with milk, stirring constantly, until blended.
- Add peanut butter mixture while warm to cake batter.
- Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until blended, about 2 minutes.
- Fill ice cream cone cup 2/3 to 3/4 full with batter.
- Place upright in regular muffin cups or 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Frost as desired.
- Decorate with chocolate or colored sprinkles.
- Makes 24 cones.
